about the lessons

The lessons are held in a personal and supportive atmosphere:

Small groups (up to 3 participants) or individual lessons, allowing for personal attention and progress at your own pace.
Flexibility in times: You can study in the morning or evening.
The studio: The lessons take place in a renovated and equipped studio in Moshav Sde Yitzhak, a perfect environment for creativity.

The content of the lessons

The course will provide you with solid foundations and practical techniques that will open a gateway to the world of jewelry making. The content of the lessons includes:

Soldering metals:

Basic techniques: We will learn principles such as cutting, sawing, drilling, machining and using sandpaper to create a perfect base. Metal soldering: In-depth introduction to soldering methods and techniques, including practical experience. We will get to know the tools, the workshop and learn safety rules. Gemology and setting: We will learn about different types of stones, learn drilling and machining techniques, and of course – we will practice producing and designing complete jewelry.

Gemology:

The lessons are taught by Elad, a certified goldsmith and teacher, a graduate of the Tel Hai School of Arts. With extensive experience and knowledge, Elad will guide you step by step, from an idea to a finished piece of jewelry. The duration of the course is determined individually and depends on the depth of knowledge and experience you want to acquire and accumulate in the world of goldsmithing. Want to start creating?
